Dates & Details of Program

You asked for extra support, and your request has been answered. 

In July, we’ll kick off our Module Mastery Labs to help you work through the content of Module 2 of The Alchemy of Living program.

You’ll work through the module content at your own pace. Then, we’ll come together for the Labs where we’ll:

• Answer any questions that have come up

• Give everyone the chance to hear others’ perspectives and learnings to spark new insights

• Review key information or exercises to ensure clarity

• Expand on the content to refine your mastery of the material

• Possibly do an exercise together

• Provide support, accountability, and a sense of community in a small group setting

It is recommended that you have completed at least 1.5 hours (or up to 3 hours if possible) of self-led work on the module before attending your first Module Mastery Lab.

Contribution Cost:

• 2 Module Mastery Labs: $115

• 3 Module Mastery Labs: $165

Duration of each Lab: 

1.5 to 2 hours

When:

Sundays at 1:00 PM Eastern / 10:00 AM Pacific

✨ Decide your own start date for the self-led work! Choose a date as far in advance of your first Lab as possible.

✨ The earlier you register, the sooner the supportive text prompts begin. Let Aria know what date you want the texts to begin. Then, every few days, you’ll receive messages to help you stay on track, highlight key content to guide your progress, offer reflection questions, and share an inspirational insight to ground into your journey. They’ll help you arrive at your first Lab feeling prepared and ready with questions.

✨ Then, choose 2 or 3 Module Mastery Labs to attend.

✨ If you’re unable to attend the 3rd Lab, you’ll receive a video recording of the first 10 minutes of the group session to keep you in the vibe of accountability and connection.

Timeline:

✨ 1st week: Aim for 1 hr 30 min of self-led work (or 2 hrs 15 min to get ahead and have more content under your belt and questions ready)
✨ Lab on May 4th

✨ 2nd week: Aim for 1 hr 45 min of self-led work
✨ Lab on May 11th

✨ 3rd week: Aim for 2 hours of self-led work
✨ Lab on May 18th

✨ 4th week: Continue 2 hr 45 min of self-led work

You’ll not only have completed the module, but also gone deeper into the true value of the work.

All suggested timelines are flexible. Feel free to do more or less work in any given week, as long as you’ve engaged with the content before your first Lab.

Can’t start the self-led work until the week of May 5th? No problem. Just try to carve out approximately 3 hours that week for your self-led work, as best as you’re able, and aim to join us on May 11th.

Can't make 2 of the dates in May work? For this go round, choose at least one date in May and you'll be allowed to join in a future class even if it's for a different Module # when those classes occur (we'll make sure you're taken care of).
